SHIPPING / DELIVERY

• Once your incense order is completed through our online cart, it will be subject to processing which starts the following business day. Once Processing is complete, you should receive your package within 5-10 business days.
• When your incense is shipped you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment from our store to your shipping address. Orders sent standard will usually arrive within 5 business days from the date in which you receive your tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

• No exchanges or refunds of incense unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our support representatives.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• All of our incense you find here is guaranteed to arrive. Whether it gets held at customs, is lost, or otherwise, if your package does not arrive to your door then we will re-send your order.
