When your incense product is shipped you will receive an email listing your tracking number. You may use this tracking number to check your orders location and status by calling the number of the shipping company or by clicking on the following link and entering the number:

You may use any credit card, check or money order. If you are nervous to trust online retailers, rest assured our site is totally secure, we never store your credit card number, and our payment gateway is one of the safest ways to use your credit card over the internet.
Money Orders and Checks
We accept both Money Orders and Checks. When using a check, you may use either a personal or a business check. When shipping a money order please insure the following:
The Payee on the money order/check is "HerbalCo1", our Canadian shipping company.
You send your payment via, registered mail. In this way your check will arrive safely and we can track it if it is delayed. With your order include, the product you would like to order, the address you would like it shipped to, your email address and your telephone number.
Credit Card Processing
Are you having troubles with your credit card?
Some reasons you may be having troubles are:
Different Addresses - You must type your billing address exactly as it appears on your monthly credit card statement. Check your billing statement that you get from your credit card company for an exact match, and then try entering your credit card again.
Card Verification Number incorrect - You may be unable to register your credit card if you did not correctly enter the card verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. If a card verification number is not available, please try using a different card. Note: International account holders will not need to add a card verification number.
If you still have trouble
Try another card - Although we do accept most major credit cards it is possible that we don't accept the type of card you are using. You may want to try a different card for use with our system.
Try again later - You may be able to successfully add your credit card if you try again at a later time. This would most likely be due to an unusually high amount of traffic and slow bandwidth speeds.
Try an alternate funding source - You can always make a payment using your bank account or by sending a money order.
